B.Sc. (Hons/Hons with Research) Environmental Science is a 4-year undergraduate level
bachelor’s degree program focused on environmental pollution and its treatment technologies. The
course involves the study of air, water, soil and plastic pollution and their composition, their
history, and other processes involving them.
Theory Courses give the foundation for development of logical thinking and the Practical’s gives
hands on experience towards the Industrial Requirements.
This course is spread over 8 semesters and covers subjects like chemical aspects of environment,
industrial rules and regulations, environmental management system, study of natural resources and
groundwater amongst several others. This course is a blend between the science and technology
catering the industrial and academic needs.
Eligibility
(a) Maharashtra State Candidate:
The Candidate should be an Indian National and having domicile of Maharashtra state and
/ or born in Maharashtra state.
The candidate must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent qualification with a Science
background and should have appeared for the MGMU-CET 2025. A non-zero score in the
MGMU-CET 2025 is mandatory for eligibility.
OR (b) All India Candidates:
The Candidate should be an Indian National.
The candidate must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent qualification with a Science
background and should have appeared for the MGMU-CET 2025. A non-zero score in the
MGMU-CET 2025 is mandatory for eligibility.
International Candidates:
The candidate must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent qualification with a Science
background and should have appeared for the MGMU-CET 2025. A non-zero score in the
MGMU-CET 2025 is mandatory for eligibility.
